I’ve used Lay-z-days twice now for weekend hot tub hire. Both times their communication was excellent, they arrived when they said they would and everything was set up smoothly and professionally. The hot tub and other equipment (foot bath, net etc) were spotlessly clean, and worked as expected. The chemicals were well stocked and came with easy to follow instructions. I did have a small issue with the pump (triggered by the fact that the temperature was below freezing outside) but they answered my call immediately and walked me clearly through how to reset it. I’d have no hesitation in recommending (in fact, I have recommended them to several friends now!) or using Lay-z-days again.

Great service, sorted us out with a hot tub at very short notice, easy delivery and set up and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. Will definitely use them again. Thank you.
We hired for five days and enjoyed every minute. Martin set everything up in no time and was on the end of the phone for one slight hitch which was resolved straight away. Great value for money and excellent service all round. We have already booked our next one.
