Good price for transportation of my vehicle from Ohio to California. So happy I chose them! My rep stayed in contact with me - and the driver did as well. Originally was going to go with an other company but they changed the price last minute; and then I found Leading Auto. Highly recommend.
I had such a great experience working with Leading Auto Transport. Not only they were the best price for 3 of my transports, and all of those got delivered within one day from GA to FL, and from IL to GA. Driver and dispatchers were all in great communication and always on time. I will definitely use and recommend this company again. Thank you !
Can't speak from a customer's perspective, but a very toxic work environment. Mixed signals, demeaning comments, and a super high turnover of employees. Management often had customer service and sales reps lie to customers they didn't want to deal with. Salespeople, you're better off applying your skills somewhere else.
I used Leading Auto Transport at the recommendation of my sister, who recently had shipped 2 vehicles with them. Leading Auto Transport was able to accommodate my car transport within 24 hours after another company fell through. Haleigh was polite, respectful, and thorough during our phone call. I applaud Leading Auto Transport for their great communication not only with their customer service representatives but also regarding communication with the carrier. The carrier they connected me with (Judah Transportation) was timely and delivered my car in perfect condition. They even arrived a few hours earlier than scheduled! I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.
