I'd give them 6 stars if I could ! Sent them an 18 year old Harmon AV Receiver only half thinking it could be fixed. Communication was exceptional & repair even more so, bringing it back to life literally better than new. Outstanding service at a very reasonable price - I couldn't recommend too highly

My JBL Charge 4 developed a fault and Multimedia were extremely good and fixed it as quickly as they possibly could. Despite having to wait for an extra part to arrive, I received my speaker back within 2 weeks of sending it off in perfect working order with a new main board and battery- great service, friendly staff and really quick response times. They organised delivery for free as well - would definitely recommend.

The worst customer service you could ever imagine I'm not talking about the time taken for their \engineers\ to do nothing, promising to assess the device in a few days. Actually taken 3 weeks. And if I wouldn't call, it could be definitely much longer... But the swearing receptionist in front of the customer is just a \cherry on the top\. Just the time wasters.

Within 48 hours of me sending the item (by normal post), they had acknowledged receipt, assessed it, despatched a new unit and delivered to me. Couldnt have been better. Fantastic service. Thanks.
