I used to love this place iv been eating here for over 10 years but i will never eat here again as they only take orders and bring you food when they feel like it. Why say online you close at 12 if your not going to take the order at 11?

Have used many times in the past but tonight they've left me hungry and cross! Ordered pizza online at 6pm to be delivered at 8pm. Got an email at 7.20 to tell me they'd rejected my order. Unfortunately didn't see the email until it was too late for me to re-order. They had my phone number so I'm at a loss as to why they couldn't call me to give me an explanation as to why my order was rejected and allow me time to re-do it. Can't imagine I'll be using them again. Quality of the food and standard of service has been on a decline for ages but tonight's experience is a whole new level of ineptitude.
