I called this morning to book an appointment the receptionist was not helpful and was rude, she didn’t listen enough for the reason of my call ! It is not the first time I have been treated like that! definitely I will make a complaint with the GP and NHS, please bring nice and helpful people to the reception .

Used the walk-in centre. Felicity was an absolute star and reception were incredibly helpful in me getting an emergency prescription. Things were quick and efficient and I was very happy with the service received.

Would’ve given 0 starts if I could receptionists are always really rude no manners whatsoever!! do not bother registering with this practice as it is a waste of time if you need urgent care they always say phone 8am for same day appointments sometimes it can take up to an hour to get through not even a call waiting queue it goes straight to user busy so you have to keep phoning I have phoned 1077 times this morning to get through at 8.50am and told I can have an appointment next Saturday what good is that? Awful doctors avoid avoid avoid it’s like they do not care if you die or are suffering

The woman on reception wasn't friendly at all, yes some people are exempt from wearing a mask, me included, I go into such a state of shock and panic I pass out. I understand being careful, but when I was clearly in distress and upset I was made to sit outside in the cold, where I had a huge panic attack anyway as I thought I wasn't going to receive help. I was then smuggled in via the back entrance for a quick examination and back out as I waited for a prescription. Not all of us fake a disability to not wear a mask, some of us are genuine regardless of if you think 'noone is exempt' i don't choose not to wear one, if I could trust me I would it would make life so much easier expecially today, I hate how I was treated today, I felt like I was gunna have a heart attack during my panic. Please be kinder to those of whom genuinely cant wear them. I was terrified id develop septis again or something if I wasn't treated

I have been on medication for the past few months but always have to call & make an appointment to get another prescription. Even if I do manage to get through and get an appointment, the prescriptions never reach my pharmacy. I have to call the doctors here and go back to the pharmacy 50 times over and over again to get this sorted and I don’t know what to do anymore. My most recent experience having a telephone appointment with a doctor here I had him hang up on me when I said there was no point to the questions he was asking me. They were completely unreasonable and silly. I called the practice to complain and never got a call back and didn’t get another appointment with someone who cares. What a completely useless practice.
