The service we received from Parminder was absolutely fantastic! After getting a Homebuyers survey done on a house we are looking to buy (with a different surveyor organised by the bank) we were told we needed a Structural survey completing. As we are looking to beat the Stamp Duty deadline we were in a rush. The first time I spoke to Parminder he filled me with confidence, and was very easy to talk to. He did the survey the following week and returned the survey same day, which is incredible baring in mind we had to wait 3 weeks for the Homebuyers. Parminder even talked me through the survey for an hour and answered all my questions. I can't recommend highly enough, and will definitely use again in the future!
