Sweet brothers did our venue dressing in December 2020 for our wedding and we were so pleased with the job they did and the venue looked amazing and more. They are professional, have a keen eye for detail, go above and beyond and are extremely great value for money! We are so glad we used them and we would 100% use them again! The DJs and toastmasters they also offer are also brilliant! We wish we could do it again! I’d give more than 5* if I could! Thank you so much to you all and for making our day perfect!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE ..... I booked and paid in full at the end of February 2020 for my wedding April 2020 (late organising as we have just had our first IVF baby in January). Covid hit globally and after 3 rearranged dates and still wedding receptions/parties not allowed to proceed our dream day has been crushed. Arranging wedding is a stressful time but rearrange and then cancelling is heartbreaking. SBE kindly rearrange and due to the new Goverment guidelines they were unable to deliver the service at their end. We went on to explain the wedding reception was not going ahead and as my sister is using SBE we would move my monies to her account to reduce her balance. It then turned out this was not the case and it was only additional money she could spend. At no point until I was misslead did I request any monies back, I offered SBE 100.00 for the admin they had carried out (emails for rearranging my dates). They offered me a counter offer onto my sisters account, minus VAT as they said they had already paid HMRC it. However after been under the impression my monies was transfered and deducted of my sisters why would I accept only 250.00 off. Still no further along and having to go through small claims court, I would advise any customers to tread carefully as now I am out of pocket 600.08 which they are keeping for a service they have not provided. Sad and difficult times for everyone, but when you can not afford and have a little one you have to fight.
After having my wedding last week with 15 people under the Government Guidelines, I came here to leave a review and was appalled to have read the one left by Amy. Whilst I completely understand where she is coming from (I have had my wedding changed from 203 guests to 15 and had to change date twice from my original date) her review is totally unjust! Just like Amy, I was told about the situation with the monies I had paid Sweet Brothers Events and it was handled the best from a long list of suppliers for my wedding! My photographer cancelled indefinitely and refunded 200 from 1500 I paid. My hotel demanded another deposit to change the date that was 10% of my original booking. My cake supplier charged me twice because the restrictions were imposed 3 days before my original date. Maybe I got unlucky with these scenarios but the point is that Sweet Brothers Events were the ONLY company to cater for my wedding changes completely hassle and penalty free. In fact they left 5 extra lanterns that they brought with them in-case some smashed in the vans and they collected everything the next day which meant we were able to use the Magic Mirror the next morning as a bit of fun after breakfast so in reality, I got more than I paid for! I think unfortunately you can't please everyone and this is just one of those scenarios, I was such a laid back bride and they went above and beyond and smashed my expectations. Would definitely recommend!!
Great service from start to finish, communication was excellent and exceeded expectations. They were extremely accommodating and if something was not in stock, they were able to source. Prices and discounts were also great. I would highly recommend sweet brothers, they made the day extra special and a pleasure to deal with.
Really great hire company, got a few things for our wedding including the blossom trees and bouncy castle and it really made our day so unique and special. The whole experience was easy and straight forward and the team from booking the items to the lads dropping it off was stress free and so professional. Would defiantly recommend and 100% would hire again!! Love holly n Scott.
