We recently had LWS replace a front door, patio door and several windows and the whole experience could not have been better. From first visit and several conversations Mick was helpful, knowledgeable but never pushy. We ended up with some great choices that look amazing. They fitted them in two visit around a kitchen refit and nothing was too much trouble. The installers were friendly, tidy and very respectful of our older and not always level property. I genuinely believe they have products for all possibilities and are ideal in terms of the supplier we all want to find and do business with. Five stars is a maximum but they could easily be awarded six. Well done guys, was a pleasure to work with you.

Excellent service from Luke in the office, good communication throughout, then to the survey team. Bi fold doors delivered on time and for the agreed price. Big mention for the installation lads Jack and Steve who installed the bi folds. One further point, one of the windows had internal scratches on it, before I'd spotted it Jack had already spoken to the office and agreed the units replacement. That's customer service..our thanks again to the team from start to finish.

I’ve just had my entire house reglazed by LWS (3 bays, 2 French doors and 7 other windows) it was a big project completed swiftly, and with great care and diligence. The team were clean, conscientious, polite and well skilled. They were obviously experienced and professional. Very pleased with the product and with the team from quote to fitting. Strongly recommend them to you.
