We've just bought a low mileage ix20 and have been very impressed by the help & advice we have received from Kiril. He obviously knew the vehicle well, sent several videos as we were unable to view/test drive due to lockdown, sorted all the paperwork remotely and finally arranged for Alan, the very friendly driver, to deliver the car to us. Friendly service and my girl got all greens on service report
I purchased an I10 remotely on 18 December after being sent videos and photos by Kiril. The car was delivered to me in Bristol the next day, arriving 2 hrs earlier than estimated. It's a great car and I love it. Fantastic service by Kiril and Sturgess as a company. Many thanks.
To be honest when I was asked to come down by Ellie Chapman to have a look at the Tucson I wasn't expecting to walk away with a new car. I was very pleasantly surprised that the monthly payments for the N-Line was less than we were currently paying for our 2017 Sport Edition. Ellie was very well spoken and easy to talk too, she was superb throughout.
