A friend of mine ordered a cycle helmet during Black Friday. When delivery was due, she received a note to say that the driver could not find her place and returned the goods to Oakley after a few notes exchanges. Oakley then proceeded to return the helmet to Spain and refuse to reship at the Black Friday price. This company has forgotten what Customer Service is. Who do you think you are Oakley?
