Very good and tasty beef here. The BBQ beef wasn't too sweet and had the perfect amount of sauce. I would recommend the first option here which is the BBQ beef.

I work not far from there and I go eating there during my lunch break. The place is very little so it's not easy to find a table, but if you go around noon you can find one, and it's also possible to take away. I love the food, it tastes amazing and ingredients are genuine. I would absolutely recommend it.
