My Trek Rail e-bike stopped working for the first time! I took it to Lewis Cycle shack because I had heard good things and didn’t want to cut corners as the bike was an expensive purchase. My bike was kept in for a week. They advised I needed a level 2 service and new Bosch Motor covered under Warranty. They carried out extensive work to my bike, and I got the bike back two days early. All appears to be working and rides tight like brand new! Staff are very friendly and I’m very pleased with the service I received on my pride and joy. When visiting a bike shop you hope that staff are interested in your bike and want to help in ensuring it is up to standard with maintenance and overall health. I feel that customer relations was very strong in this department I feel I can bring my bike back here in the future. Cheers, Harvey

Really disappointed when a staff member didn't want to check over my daughter's bike. I was concerned about the brakes not being tight enough and they quoted me 90 just for the parts (my guess is that is wasn't worth their time) and only being able to book it in, in 3 weeks time I decided to take it to halfords where the job was completed in less than 2 hours and was given a service all for 20. To think, I could have become a regular customer..
