Had a leaking, not working boiler since December 23rd. First workman that came out, filled it up and said 'that'll do for now'. Boiler packed in again. Leaking getting worse. Another workman came just before new year, ordered a part and said they'll be back tomorrow. They didn't. Several phone calls later, still no one has been. We have no hot water at all now and the only means is to boil to kettle - theres 2 adults and 4 children here. The leaking is getting worse, we have several ribs under there catching the water. Our heating only comes on now for about an hour then goes off. The tubs catching the water FULL AGAIN. Spoke to someone online this morning, apparently someone is coming today, we're not holding our breath. Also, our electric fire goes off after about 10 mins, which has also been reported. Terrible service. Our MP is my next move, as they've already been told. Absolutely disgusting to leave us like this.

I am very pleased with the service they provide and can they give me some advice on the windows. At flat five fox end they sometimes get drafty when it is cold weather and when it is windy they can be blown shut. Are the due for being replaced in a few years time thanks adrian
