We had a family birthday and were looking for a local place to drop in for a meal. Another nearby bar restaurant was full, and we managed to get a space at The poInt bar, which was really busy as well. We were able to have drinks in the bar until our table was ready, and the Guinness was fantastic, so different when actually consumed on the Island of Ireland! We ordered a few chowders, a cod, and a burger, and all were really good, but the chowder not as good as it should be really, too thin. Altogether a good experience, good atmosphere and well looked after by staff. Thank you.

Lovely wee place with fab staff. We didn't eat, but the menu looked impressive, and mainly seafood which is sourced from the local Lough Foyle. It is right next to a bonny wee beach and has Martello Tower just up the road if you want to sight see too.
Location, staff, real fire, food ...A1. Could spend many's a comfortable hour there just chilling with a glass of something lovely!
Awesome spot, pitty they were fully booked during covid lockdown.... thank you goverment. The place is spot on.
Lovely evening at the Point with family, the food was delicious, first class service from the staff as usual and the friendly atmosphere made us feel very relaxed. Thank you
