What an incredible experience from start to finish! Rachel on the phone was very friendly and listened to every concern I had and booked my appointment right away for me. Jose the sales manager was super friendly when I walked in and directed me to my salesman Tony. Tony was incredible and super knowledgeable about all the vehicles I was interested in. He was kind, courteous and worked to get me the very best deal. Better be very careful at this dealership. Honesty is not their strong suit for sure. Very shady. I was in Saturday the 23rd of Jan. and was offered 25,900 for a trade-in from a person who introduced as a VP. Today Monday I connected with the sales person about moving forward and was told that today because it's not Saturday, it's Monday, they will only give me 22,000 for my trade. Does that sound shady to anyone else. When I asked to speak with the VP I was told he was at another dealership. I called that dealership and they told me he was at the dealership that I originally called. Does that sound shady to anyone? Better be very careful at this dealership. Honesty is not their strong suit for sure.
