Arranged for my loft ladders to be done through this company, polite telephone manners, rang up 30mins before he came to the property, professional and courteous throughout the process of installing ladders finished off with a show and tell, perfect! I am recommending and suggest you use this company, the price he said was the price I paid no hikes and spikes, he doesn't just do loft ladders which is good to know, because the finish product is a great standard and up to building regs/code, so me being in a rented house means I don't have to worry , thanks Colin
