Lovely gym, highly recommended to the residents who live nearby. Lots of classes and good selection of equipment. I love that i can go anytime during the day or night. Staff are very friendly. Other members have also been respectful of the gym and equipment. Good price for everything that you get.

The management at this gym have demonstrated such poor communication. I have called and emailed them multiple times about issues surrounding cancelling my membership, and not only do they ignore me but they never follow up on what I ask them to do. Even on student discount, I was paying 39.95 per month for a very small gym with staff absent more than half the time. On top of being ripped off, they insist on taking payments for months when I have not even visited the gym due to the pandemic situation. The outright lack of common decency is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and go to a more affordable gym with more competent staff.
Avoid joining this gym. Members who are unable to come to gym because of Covid-19 (due to genuine health reasons) are facing harassment through emails to make payments. Even though memberships have been cancelled during lockdown the automated intimidating emails are being sent. The management has no compassion. Harassment during these difficult times will lead to mental health problems. How can this gym claim to be championing good health and wellbeing. Utterly disappointing.
This gym is beyond appalling. it is not clean, classes are cancelled without alerting registered members, and communication is awful. I have membership issues and the manager NEVER replies to emails or voice messages. funny that here they say to contact them, but the reality is that they don't reply and you are left in limbo. Yet they keep on sending threatening messages both via mail and via sms which cause mental distress. do now waste your money with them. it is the worse gym I have been to.
I attended the facility for a year and a half and had nothing but a good experience. I then cancelled my membership over the phone in May when they were shut during the pandemic, which ended up not being recorded as I was emailed months later with an arrears notice. Though I called and they rectified it immediately. Still unsure why there was no record of my cancellation, but I'm glad they were able to fix the problem. Anytime I talked to the staff in person/over the phone they were always lovely! EDIT: After this issue came up again with regards to me owing money, I spoke to Rebekah, the manager, and she sorted it out for me right away.
