Got a confirmation text for my appointment which also had the full address of the clinic I needed to go to which is very useful for me and eased my mind. The place is clean and the staff are all very nice, helpful, and professional. Took very good care of me and took precautions. They discussed everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable and safe. They were very understanding. My only complaint is that the front entrance is heavy and makes the building hard to enter and exit if you're in a wheelchair. Also the receptionist area is very very tall so if you're short or in a wheelchair it's like you're talking to a judge or something. The secretary was nice and sat up taller to talk to me and I went back with my wheelchair to be able to see them :')

I called them in tier 4 during Christmas and I was waiting on the phone less than 5 minutes, they gave me an appointment for the following day. The receptionist was quick and polite. I was in the waiting lounge for 5 minutes. My doctor was very efficient , a young woman with glasses ; thank god!!. She was very informative about all the procedures she was doing on me, she even checked a sample in the lab at the moment of the consult and explained everything. She also gave me the best advices. Thank you very much!!!

I signed up for counselling at the beginning of summer. For months I didn't hear a thing, after I had followed up about 5 times I got an appointment for assessment, which was great to be fair, I was told I'd be contacted that same week. It's been over 5 weeks, I have followed up 4 times now. Then I was told, I'm not even on the waiting list! But they couldn't tell me why since the assessment said I needed counselling, I was going to receive a call from someone. It's been over two weeks since that conversation.. nothing. If you want actual help, don't go here.

I was seen a minute or so early. The doctor was lovely. So was the receptionist. A very clean and sterile environment.
