Placed an order, nothing delivered after 2 hours so called and they said they wernt open?! Had to open a case on paypal to try and get a refund as they said they cant return money. Called the next day to ask where my money is and they said they cancelled the order and money should be with me soon...still waiting. Absolute joke.

Would put no stars if i could Made my order at 2.10 dilivery expected at 3.30 Called at 3.15 to check said delay of half hour Called at 3.45 - driver stuck in traffc Recived call at 4.00 saying order cancelled Now waiting for a refund... Not happy customer

Disgusted. I was given the wrong alcohol and the wrong cigarettes and they were hanging up the phone and laughing rather than sorting it out. I paid 40 pound for a 14.90 bottle of Smirnoff and some L&B blue which is not what I wanted.
