I instructed this team on a recommendation from a friend in BNI (business network international) so thought they would be trustworthy and professional. On initial contact Zarvin was polite and enthusiastic and gave the impression he could not do enough to help me trace someone then serve them with some very important and time limited documents. He followed through with the address search fairly swiftly, however, when it can to actually serving the documents (which originally needed to be done by mid February) it never happened. I have made numerous calls, sent emails and text messages with no confirmation of what he actually did (if anything). I have requested at the very least for my fee to provide me with an affidavit to prove that service was attempted but his small request has not even been answered. Please think twice before trusting him and his team, I was under the impression BNI members were supposed to be trustworthy and professional, this outfit are neither and effectively stole my money.

Absolutely appalling service. This company was requested to serve papers in April 2019. They sought payment before the statement of service was provided. When the statement of service was provided, there were no exhibits attached, showing what had been served. It took until July for these to be received, despite constant chasing. The application was then rejected by the Court, because the statement of service failed to confirm what means was used to identify the person being served. All requests to put this right have been ignored. We are now having to go to the expense of instructing another company to reserve the documents.
I would not recommend this company. The company was quick to try and get us to pay an invoice before they had been sent any details to begin with. Also, after the information was sent to them, they went quiet. No matter how many emails i sent or times i tried to call, they did not respond. It has been a few weeks now and we are still nowhere. Luckily, we have not paid their invoice and do not intend to as they have provided no service. All they have done is waste our time.
Had loads of contact before then Paid on the 3rd this month and no contact since, think I've been ripped off by 102. Am absolutely gutted and will be looking into taking this further as it's fraud and the phone numver will not ring. I got called from a mobile and emails from a Charlotte
After a laborious legal process, Diem Legal made what could have been a tricky part of a legal process extremely easy and convenient. The team here provided me with a five-star customer service and dealt with my requirements with incredible speed. Absolutely fantastic team, and I would highly recommend any processes to be served by them!
