I took my mother to London this past month. She is 80 years old, and has trouble walking long distances. We found it hard to take her many places, because she would tire so easy. I was contacted by the delivery driver the next morning telling me what time he would drop off the wheelchair. Eddie was my delivery person, and he was amazing. He explained the wheelchair and made sure we didn't have any questions. He was also the driver to pick up the chair. My mom visited us on January and she has some difficulty in walking for long distance, we hired the scooter for her visit to London, she refused to use it at the beginning she was afraid to drive it. But when she finally agreed to try it at least once she really loved it and continue using it all the other days. It is very easy, charge last for long time we didn’t even had to charge it not even once, very comfortable, it fit easily inside the London black cap with out a need to be fell apart, easily going through the trains and every where. We didn’t try it through the buses. The man who handled the scooter to us was very good in explaining everything to us when he handle it to us, very respectful and easygoing. I would definitely promote them to my friends
