Would I recommend this bike shop? No. I had some work done a couple of weeks ago on my bike which seems fine, however the staff really weren't very friendly. No feedback when collecting bike and not even a hello when you walk into an empty shop from either staff members!

I can't tell you how thrilled I was when this place opened in my neighbourhood. No more trekking miles to find a decent bike shop. But Get a Grip is a lot more than a decent bike shop. Troy always has time for you and always has an answer. I have just had a long overdue service done on my bike. It's incredible; it's like riding a new bike and yet it was such good value. I've never known a bike shop like it and I've been in a few!
Swift, honest, quality work. Painless to deal with. Reasonably priced. My new go-to for all maintenance.
Have been to this bike shop many times now and every time I’m blew away by the speed and quality of the service provided. Reasonably priced and the owner does his best do get things done for you as soon as is possible (despite being busy) which is always greatly appreciated. 10/10
Decent independent bike shop, quick turn around for repair work and much better priced and service than Evans etc.
