I requested a quote and provided all info I was asked about the property etc, but then I was told that someone should visit the property to be able to provide a quote. this is a sentence in an email I received \For you to get a quote the suppliers need the come out on a consultation visit.\. A gentleman visited my house, he already had my EPC (it can be found online when you have an address of a property) which means he had all information he wanted to give a quote. Considering all the issues around the spread of COVID19, I think it is irresponsible to visit people houses for giving a quote that can be done easily online or on the phone and definitely wouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

Complete lies about giving you a quote in minutes. You cannot get a quote without arranging for engineers to come to your house first and they will then give you a quote... that is definitely not in minutes! I understand that is required for an accurate quote, however don't lie to people and say you will give them a quote in minutes if you mean can arrange engineers to come to your property and then give you a quote within 24-48 hours. Please stop lying on your website, it's wrong and very disappointing when trying to gauge how much a boiler replacement will cost.
