Avoid. Initially said he would come and have a look at some damp/replastering work. He arranged a date and time but didn't turn up. When I rang the number a very unfriendly woman answered the phone and said she would get him to call back \when available\. He didn't. Could not be contacted again after that! I also discovered that he is using a mailbox address on Fulham Palace Road. So glad he didn't do the work, not least because I've just seen the other very negative review!

Hammersmith Damp did a great job for me in my house in Chiswick. First class service and left my house nice and clean after what was a difficult job. Highly recommended.

We had a survey carried out, last year we as we needed a report, web site states survey is free, we were told to pay 200 for the report which would be emailed to us, Needless to say we never received a report, or received any replies to our phone, text or email messages, out of desperation we issued proceedings in the County Court, obtained a judgment against the company, unfortunately this could not be served as the address of 94 Fulham Palace Road belongs to Mail Box, Hammersmith Damp and Timber have never registered there, but hijacked the address, the land line number is just a message forwarding service. SO do NOT use this company unless you wished to be scammed.
