Unjustly fined me but didn't get a single penny out of me. Better luck next time. Absolute scammers that should be shut down immediately or at the very least, be investigated by the watchdog.

I wish I can give these Cons no stars. They have sent me penalty notice saying I have parked for nearly 7 hours in Hatters Retail park in Luton. I was actually there less than 10 min each in the morning & afternoon. I wish I can take these guys to court for falsely accusing people of \over Parking\ only then they will understand

Absolute scammers. Charged me for parking whilst using the gym service 3 times and appealed against it showing proof that I am a member of the gym and showed my activity log which matches the date and time of the charge. Appeal was rejected but then spoke to the gym manager and thank god, they requested with these scumbags for the charges to be dropped which has been. Tried to scam me off nice try HIGHVIEW, this company should be banned from operating. This should be a minus 5 star company!!!! Advice - Do not pay the parking fine, go straight to the landowner or the manager of the premises, they will sort it out for you.

Was issued a legal letter for parking in a private carpark in Milton Keynes 5years ago. This scam company did not send any previous notice , or evidence but now demands money 155 pounds. I will not be shopping in TK Max in Bletchley Milton Keynes again and I would recommend that tk Max should not tarnish their reputation with associating with this scum. My legal team are on the case !

Received a parking ticket despite the ticket machine being out of order. Also spoke to another lady parking at the same time and she also couldn't get a ticket. We both looked and was willing to pay but couldn't. At a later date I found out that you could pay using an app but this wasn't made clear enough. I guess they make a lot of money this way.
