I was very surprised how quickly they replied to my query (within 2 hours ) not only did they advise me on my legal position in a clear manner but also provided me with the relevant legislation . I'll certainly will consider referring them in future .
I will strongly recommend Home owner alliance. I was having service charge dispute with my landlord and Naomi helped me lot throughout. Not only she advise but she checked all my correspondence with landlord and helped me checking form for Tribunal too. Without her help I could not find the information. Spoke to an advisor today who gave me clarification, reassurance, and helpful advice. I have had to call them a couple of times over these last few months for general advice on the property market. I am very glad to have found them on the internet. I am also very happy that I became a member and consider it good value. Considering that someone is always at the other end of the phone line when I have been in need of advice, my membership has been money well spent. Having to deal with the property market business has sometimes been so overwhelming for me, and I can't thank HOA enough, except to tell them that their excellent service has been a godsend to my sanity! Requested a conveyancing quote and received non stop spam from their recommended conveyancers. This included communication suggesting I'd instructed one firm (when I'd only requested a quote via HOA) and pushy sales calls from another.
