It's worth trying because when you find a good cleaner, they're great! We had one amazing experience but when she was no longer available it was a parade of substandard cleans or people who consistently cancelled on us. I complained to Housekeep who offered to \handpick a great cleaner for me\ who then cancelled every time we scheduled a clean. I finally just quit and bought a Roomba instead. If you get the service and manage to get a good cleaner HANG ONTO THEM!

Should really get no stars because this company is shocking! I came home last night to find a dirty floor, unmade bed, and dusty carpets. This is the second or third time I have been disappointed with the clean. My house is only 500 square foot and they've said that 3 hours isn't enough time. I would highly recommend using someone else.

Initially my cleaner (Genevieve) seemed nice but after a few visits she suddenly disappeared for four months taking a set of house keys with her. A month or so after she eventually returned them, her associates attempted to burgle the house. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY IT'S A FRONT FOR CRIMINALS, ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

My cleaner Elena is professional and thorough. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is always happy at work and friendly towards my kids and dog. I’m very happy with the standard of cleaning. I have been using Housekeep for around 3 years or even longer. Great service all round.
