Crooked unprofessional staff

The elected jailer, as well as several staff, are as crooked as the worst inmates housed at LCCC. When a jail built to house roughly 250 inmates houses over 550 inmates on any given day, something is very wrong with the system. When the elected jailer also owns the ecig company that sells its 10 ecigs to the inmates, something is likewise wrong. I've finally gotten a federal investigation started against the LCCC after three years' effort. Maybe changes will finally happen for the better.
