Let’s Get Running’s Shaun Dixon designed a personal 12-week training plan that was pivotal in slashing a mammoth 18 minutes from my PB in this year’s London Marathon. Shaun carefully assessed my current fitness level, time restraints and running goals, to create a progressive, demanding, focused and balanced training plan which began to deliver dramatic results within the first weeks of training. There was huge variety in the training runs, each with clear, precise aims, so that every training session was a fresh challenge. I would wholeheartedly recommend the coaching from Let’s Get Running, and will definitely be using their services again.
