Very poor customer service when I ordered inshop. Asked for extra popping ball in all 4 drinks but they all had different amounts in each! The lady serving was very rude and wasn't to bothered taking my order.

Definitely recommend Mooboo, had the Kiwi drink, Matcha and Mocha flavours.

If I could have put zero stars , then I would have because this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff was screaming and shouting at me because after receiving my drink that was made incorrectly and tasting awful, I told her it was not right. She then proceeded to continually disrespect me, shouting and yelling at me, telling me to call the police until my friend who was waiting in the car got worried and came in to the shop. As soon as she saw my friend who is 20 years older than me, she got scared but she still did not offer any solution. She must have thought I was quite young and could get away with treating me in this way. Her behavior was shocking & I was with my friends 10year old son who began to cry. They refused to refund us for our drinks, we left them there because we didn’t trust any of the staff to make our drinks after this experience. No manner, no courtesy, cold and angry staff that take no pride in providing nice tasting drinks. I will be taking this matter further with Camden authorities because this is actually abuse as well as the top management of Moo boo franchising because they are terribly ruining the brand image. Avoid at all costs - they only care about money ...

These drinks were everything we needed to keep going through another day of lockdown. It also came in excellent packaging, so no mess like a previous time we tried to order bubble tea from another shop. I ordered the taro milk tea and partner ordered house milk tea. Both were perfect. Felt like we took a trip to Taiwan with this authentic drink and tapioca. I think this shop has come in her closest to what we’ve had in Taipei. Also, enjoyed the Christmas cups. Why not pretend it’s the holiday season when you’re stuck at home!
