I've used them a lot of times to do alterations to my clothes (not suits). The jobs would come out ok, sometimes I would have to go back to fix again though. Since I've poured several pounds during the 3 years that I've lived in the area, I can confidently say that I don't think they are worth their price to be honest. On top of that, there is only one seamstress at a time, so if you go and need to change clothes to take measures, there is a lot of time wasted, as now you must wait for the seamstress. This goes back and forth, depending on how many clothes you have. For an expensive place, there should be two people working always! Furthermore, if you are in to do small alterations, but a bigger customer arrives, I would frequently be put to wait (due to some urgency?). Not very professional. They might be better for wedding/original dresses, but not for normal clothes alterations. I realised later that I should have gone elsewhere. Better prices can be found in other tailors with a much better care for the regular customer!

I have nothing but praise for the work completed by Izabella and her team. I actually got 9 pairs of trousers altered to perfection. The customer service was very professional, and I was able to try the trousers on in store to make sure that the alterations were correct. Will definitely go back again.

5 stars!! Excellent service, friendly and professional. My wedding suit came up a bit a small, I was worried it wouldn't be able to be altered at all. Came back a week later for a fitting and everything had been let out perfectly. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Ladies ️

i have taken my designer dress to this place in february as i moved to this area, but they ruined my dress. I thought they were tailors but actually they are not. the owner she is very rude, Avoid this place.
