I’ve been training with Tom for a good few years now. Initially I approached him to help me get over my back pains. Needles to say that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The back pain is now completely gone and my fitness level is great. Tom is an awesome trainer! He has super positive attitude which makes you push a bit harder when things get difficult. The workouts are varied and he adjust them to fit your current goals. If you are looking for a PT I am sure Tom will be able to help you!

Tom really knows how to get results. I went to him 12 weeks after giving birth, when I had put on 20kg. He knew exactly what exercises to give me and how to slowly increase the intensity of the sessions as my weight dropped and my fitness increased. I am now 5kg lighter than I was pre-pregnancy and I look and feel amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom. As well as getting results, Tom's sessions are also fun and varied.
I hired Tom to help me get moving again after a very lazy lockdown experience. He was so friendly, understanding and encouraging that he motivated me to get back in shape without feeling like it was a chore. His workouts are different each time so I never get bored. I am so happy I found him on google and I can’t recommend his services enough! If you’re looking for someone friendly and professional who really knows how to motivate you and help you get the most out of each workout, Tom is your guy.
Tom always offers a really varied program. One that is both challenging but achievable and bespoke to your own requirements. I always really enjoy training with Tom and he’s taught me a lot, as well as pushed me harder than I often do myself in the gym! Tom is kind and professional as well and works with you. I feel that Tom’s workouts are really well balanced in the sense that you start slower and warm up and then peak in the middle section with circuits or super sets and at the end then Tom provides an assisted stretch which is really therapeutic and you always leave feeling great. Would highly recommend him.
Tom was a great trainer and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into shape, improve their fitness or try out boxing. Really enjoyed the lessons with Tom - he's really personable and has a positive attitude to everything allowing you to reach your goals
