Definitely try this place out! I went for the first time this week. The owner was so welcoming and friendly, and led us through a great class. I've been to a few spin classes in the past and not enjoyed them, but this experience converted me!
Love this place!
Superb atmosphere and really great crowd too. A welcome addition to the Balham high road! Be sure to look for the instructor Coco - she makes the sessions so much fun!
I went to the charity spin class last weekend. I had a great time - really good sweat during the workout, the music was great and the instructor pushed everyone to their level (this is coming from someone who's done spin once before and wasn't too keen!)
