The stars are exclusively for the receptionist of hand clinic who should looking for another career. No proper greetings, no smile, no please, no manners. Openly rude and nonchalant. A real disgrace for a public service. Aside this minor issue, the nurses and hand therapists are very friendly and highly competent.
