Poor service after delivery of equipment; slow in response from sales team - Specially senior sales which name I don’t wish to highlight here; we ordered several high range equipment and expect more for the money spent. Suggest if you look for professional equipment to check out hammer strength, egym, Johnson or misfit.
Dreadful customer service post-purchase - do not return emails and calls requesting service, engineers very expensive, always looking for excuses to fit very expensive new parts when the fault is only a broken wire. Equipment surprisingly unreliable given it's in a personal gym and lightly but regularly used, who knows what would happen in a pro gym

Adorei este ginásio. Esta super actualizado, é moderno, fica muitíssimo proximo da cidade e de varios pontos de interesse , o atendimento é fantástico. Tem servico excelente. Maravilhoso para quem quer passar uns dias na cidade sem abdicar de exercício. Excelente para quem vive ou trabalha próximo.
