Didn't get back to me on email but were very helpful on the phone, easy to park out back with a pass and we very helpful letting me know options and getting them blown up and displayed quickly as I was on my lunch break from work. Balloons looked great.
Their delivery van driver just cut in front of me while pulling out of their store in St. John’s wood. Needless to say that They will never see me purchase anything. I truly wonder what the customer service is like if their van drivers drive with such hostility as the one today demonstrated.
Fantastic service, they helped me with my very last minute order over Christmas and were so accommodating and helpful. Fast delivery and great balloons. Will definitely be a regular customer. Thanks Charlie and team!!!
Terrible, horrible service. Took over a week to arrive and the customer service were EXTREMELY rude. I will never go back here again, I instead went to another place who provided great service on time. (For anyone looking for a decent service, I went to Party Express london)
