Everyone was very professional. Didn’t have to wait long, especially during time of Covid. The doctor was very attentive to what I had to say regarding why I was there. The doctor also answered all my questions and got right to the point of what steps we were going to take to address my health issue.

The BEST place EVER! Dr Derebery is the finest doctor. She tales her time to listen to u. She is so good in explaining everything that she does. My father suffers from meniere disease and she is THE ONLY doctor i trust to injection my father in the ear. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place for anything that has to do with ears

Great place. I was treated with respect and efficiency. I was not made to wait but was serviced upon arrival. However try using the phone to communicate with the office. You may find waiting time may be more than 45 minutes also the call back feature only hangs up on you leaving you to call back losing your place in line.

Hello, I would like to share my personal experience at the Los Angeles Center for Ear, Nose, and Throat. The names of the two female doctors escapes me. They were both excellent. A plus for them both. There was a young Hispanic lady working as the receptionist I believe. This was the morning of Jan 14 2021 between 8 and 9 am. She did not have a name tag. In fact I don't remember seeing a name tag on anyone. Any way her customer service skills needs a lot more training. I witnessed her giving two other customers a hard time as well as myself. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
