I had an overall very positive experience with Dr. Hamilton’s surgery on my septum and sinuses. He is a very caring physician and it was clear to me every step of the way that he was genuinely concerned for my well being. The staff at the surgery center made everything very easy. My post operative recovery was a bit slower than I expected, but during my post operative visits with Dr. Hamilton, he reassured me that things were healing nicely. I would recommend Dr. Hamilton and his office unreservedly to friends and family.

This review is WAY over due because I can’t even think of words that describe how grateful and blessed I am with Dr. Hamilton and his team! I have had two (2) surgeries so far and need one more and I can’t be more happy at the out come! Dr. Hamilton is a fantastic doctor with very good bedside manner! He makes you feel at ease and that everything will be fine and it has been! I went to Ohni after seeing multiple doctors from referrals and there techniques in fixing me was terrifying to say the least! But with Dr. Hamilton he explained to me step by step what was going to happen and it was exactly as he had said! No holds bar with him which is great! The team there are also very nice and helpful. “E” who is Dr. Hamilton’s assistant is really nice and patient and he knows his stuff! Courtney, Stephanie, Christine and whoever I am missing are very efficient at there job and help you anyway they can! So if you want the “Best “ care for your situation this is the place to go! They also donate there own time to help people and kids here and abroad with special needs that insurances don’t pay for! They have a lot of compassion for there patients and I am so blessed to have found them! Thank you all there for everything you have done for me! You changed my life and I will always be grateful! I’m really happy with the work Dr. Hamilton did reconstructing my face lift. He’s a very talented doctor and also has a very caring bed-side manor. I wish I had found him earlier so he could have performed the original surgery to remove the tumor. Had I known then I wouldn’t have needed a second surgery to fix what the first doctor did. Well anyway, I eventually employed Google to find an expert in parotid tumor removal and reconstruction and Dr. Hamilton saved the day for me.

I was on a plane when I noticed a twinge of pain in right side of my neck. I dismissed it at the time but the pain grew and my neck became swollen. I first called my dentist who referred me to my oral surgeon. The oral surgeon said that I probably had a salivary duct stone and referred me to an ENT. The ENT ordered a CT scan of my neck, confirming the presence of the stone in a right salivary gland. He said that the gland “had to come out” and told me that I would need to be in the hospital overnight and miss four days of work! I started to wonder if I had other options for the treatment of salivary duct stones since I knew that kidney Stones could often be treated without surgery. I ran an internet search and found Dr. Osborne. His resume sounded impressive and I made an appointment. He explained to me that the stone could be removed endoscopic with an 85% chance of success. He was very thorough in explaining the risks, benefits, and alternatives. While my insurance did not cover the procedure; I considered endoscopic stone removal to be well worth the expense. I scheduled that procedure, which went very well. I could easily have gone back to work the next day. Dr. Osborne and the staff were very attentive and caring. I am now 4 months post-op and doing well. I have good saliva production from that gland, no scar on my neck, and no missed days of work to recover. I am at risk of developing a stone in the salivary gland on the left side and would not hesitate to have Dr. Osborne remove that stone if it becomes necessary.

I am truly grateful for what you did for me. These salivary stones were a burden for many years and you delivered me from. The minute I met you, I knew I was in the best hands. Thank you Dr. Osborne! Also, thanks to Dr. Nazarian for the follow up! Thank you so much Dr. Osborne for being such a kind and thoughtful man as well as a wonderful surgeon! As Joragners (France), it’s not always easy to deal with stuff happening in a new country, especially a surgery! We are blessed to have met you! Also, thanks to Dr. Nazarian!
