My first experience was great! I went with my boyfriend and we will definitely be going back. The space is cute and the staff is very helpful/friendly. Although, it was pretty busy when we did our session on a Sunday evening so it was kind of hectic and they only have one restroom (which made the wait very long).

These people are shady AF - stay away from Larchmont location especially! I was double booked using an app program. They never answer the phone so the service is awful. Got there and they said they had to charge me for both bookings. I told them I called and just needed to change my time, and couldn’t get them on the phone at all. The girl at the front Said they would talk to the manager. I was ushered to my treatment feeling as though it would be ok. The manager told them to charge me. Yet she wasn’t there and they told me I couldn’t speak with her. So I paid double for a service. A service that to be quite honest isn’t that great. Wouldn’t have landed them a review at all but due to the horrible service landed them a 1 star and bad review. When you read their bad reviews they are all like this. Shady business collecting money or not informing clients properly. So go for a company with standards and ethics.

Absolutely love this place!!!!! But the staff is why I keep going back!!! They are always so friendly! They always make sure that you are doing okay in the 45 minutes that ur there! I absolutely recommend this place!

Love Shape House!! It feels like a spa service, yet I get the benefits of a workout while being forced to elax\ while sweating everything out and catching up on a show episode on Netflix. I am a ClassPass member and love doing an occasional session here at Shape House. After putting on appropriate clothing, you pop into what looks like a large sleeping bag on a massage table. They velcro you in and so begins the sweat. You have a water bottle and a TV remote accompanying your Sweat sesh. Afterwards you can leave, shower, or relax in the Relaxation room where you get a couple orange slices and a pot of hot tea while you cool down. The staff here are always so friendly and accomodating :)
