I sent an email inquiry to SF Toyota and got a quick response from Steve Sunny Chen to schedule an appt. Steve was great throughout the entire process, very knowledgeable and helpful. The layout of the Geary St. dealership is pretty cool - high ceilings, exposed beams - very millennial (for a Toyota dealership). Bought the car and Sunny dropped it off in Marin that day.
