I have been hiring vans for over twenty years for my business, so have a broad view of good and bad companies. This one is a o-nonsense\ straightforward operator who know their business, their vehicles, and their customers well. It's refreshing. However, if you are looking for a reception area with pot plants, \lifestyle\ magazines, and free Americanos, you may be put off. Instead, you get friendly, efficient, and honest service. The vehicles I have rented have been fine, and there have been no quibbles from their side at all. Dependable, friendly, and good value.
