I bought an F250 and the sales guy Andy was great! He helped with everything from my trade in to ordering a bed cover. The Lumberton sales lot had lots of vehicles and Andy seemed to know alot about all of them. I was so happy with the service that I brought my girlfriend there who bought an Escape. I would highly recommend Miller Ford and Andy if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

Afternoon first of all I had drop my car off there at Miller Ford. Putting in 2 headlights in the car. I will see what going on when I get it back. They had a nice young lady to drop me back off at home until it gets ready for me. I hope I can get a ride back up there when finish.

My experience at Miller Subaru Ford was outstanding. They were very qualified staff who possessed Professional skills in every level. I like to shout out to Rich Allen & Rose the business manager For their outstanding efforts in a small amount of time it took to buy a car. I love my Car and would recommend this dealership to friends and family :)

My wife took her 2015 Ford Expedition in for an electrical issue. Stating she wanted to figure out what was causing her gauges to flicker on and off. The service man stated it would be 146 dollars to diagnosis the issue and we would go from there. She waited at the service center for a little while and the service man came back and said they still haven’t found the issue and if we would like to leave it and come back later. She agreed and I picked her up. A hour or so later they diagnosed the problem and stated the diagnosis fee was 146x4 hours of finding the problem. WE NEVER GAVE THEM AUTHORIZATION to charge for the extra three hours, they never stated it was going to be additional money. I would have never paid that much to just find the problem of my car. The part and labor itself was cheaper then that fee. If you want to go to scam of a dealership, look no further.
