Awesome service and timing was perfect. Massive weight lifted when it came to worrying about what to do with the car for a few days. Would so recommend to others and would use this service again. No doubt. Great job

Absolutely disgusting. Embarrassing customer service. After leaving my car at Luton airparks for 4 nights I came back to my car scratched. What looks like my car being keyed all across the passenger rear side door. Raised this straight away on the day. Staff didn’t look surprised, had a feeling they were already aware of what happened and was seeing if I’d actually notice! Raised this with their customer service, “Looking into it” apparently.... it has now been 2 WEEKS since they’ve ignored my last email and not bothered replying even with a holding email. Called to chase up “might get an update by the the end of this week”. MIGHT. Something to hide? Customer service is literally non existent. DO NOT trust these people to touch your car.
A brilliant experience if you need to leave your car at Luton for a few days. Quick drop off and our car was already waiting at the front when we came back from the terminal. The ongoing transfer vans are quite useful, since you practically don't need to wait at the terminal.
As it says on the tin... A short run in a small mini bus to the airport bay 0. Simple to check in, we had minutes in the waiting room before being whisked.off, and on return a quick phone call on landing and they were waiting for us. Car park seemed very secure, staff all pleasant (even at stupid o clock in the morning). Would definitely use again and recommend. Cheapest option for parking, also took advantage of the 7.50 fast track security pass, which was a great move.
I have used this parking 5 times now, and they were always polite, professional and on time. The price is very competitive and it is quite close to the terminal building so you don't have to spend too long on the shuttle bus. Overall I think I will be using this parking again
