I've used them many times over the years, always never been polite. Last time was absolutely atrocious. Waited 40 minutes for them to collect keys, called them 4 times (lucky I get to airport early) and on return, I planned it and called so I didn't wait in the cold with baby. Still waited 30 minutes. And their attitude was confrontational. Scum!

I have left my 2015 BMW for 4 nights with this people. On my return car has been damaged and driven around car park at high speed without my consent. They are to dumb to know all modern cars have traackers fitted in.. We are currently getting all evidences together to sue them. Please be aware and do not use them.

A very quick and efficient service. Dropping the car off was easy and the on site staff polite and friendly. The courtesy bus was frequent and got us to the airport quickly. Collection was just as efficient the automated system works really well. Have used several times before and will definitely be using again.
Definitely not Swift... Terrible \service\ (not sure I can even call what they provide a service). When trying to collect car it took 15mins to be through on the phone. When I finally got through I was told it would be a while. Over two hours fifteen minutes later (waiting in a car park in 2C - children and babies also waiting!!!!) the car finally arrived. The staff on the phone were rude and unhelpful and the ones in the car park non existent. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
