Took our Husky for a bath and brushing, and they gave him back to us with a trimmed coat which we neither asked for nor wanted. You cannot cut a husky's fur as this ruins their coat for life, which they have just done. We phoned to lodge a complaint with the manager and was fobbed off by them and the person who groomed our dog who both recited the duties they are SUPPOSED to have done.

My dog always has the BIGGEST smile coming out of here, the groomers are very friendly and patient with your pooch - he clearly gets lots to cuddles during his time there as all the workers on the shop floor say bye to him on our way out!
