Perfect place to unwind. Beautiful setting. Facility’s are superb I especially like the mud house and the views of the tree tops while you’re in the sauna. Staff are all friendly. Treatments have been some of the best I’ve ever had and the product range is good. The spa bar is lovely although I tend to eat in the hotel after for something more substantial. The spa always smells amazing and is spotlessly clean. Could do with some cold therapy other than just the shower and easier access to poolside drinks

Stunning country setting, feels like covid safe done really well with time slots actually gave some nice structure. Massage treatment was great too, felt well attended to with my tense shoulders. Bit pricier than the average visit, but would consider again!

I wanted to look into a spa day with possibly a cooking course too for some friends. We are not uncouth but they tried very hard to put us off. Even showed us their hotel costs and restaurant menus and pretty much saying that we could not afford them. (I had eaten there before.) I thought I was reading the email with tone so shared it. Without prompt my friend agreed with me that their tone was off. Not a loss for me. They want to appeal to up market but that only comes with the right attitude.
