Canaima was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a restaurant! Our meal was delicious and visually stunning. Andres and Veronica are exceptionally talented - we will be returning to Canaima our next time in Lyon without doubt.

This place is SO good! I was trying to take more food pictures but everything was so good that I ate it all but trust, those “Croquette” were on point! French cuisine with a Latin American touch is exactly right. Andrés (Chef) and Veronica (Manager) are the best duo, so friendly and detail oriented, they’ll go above and beyond to make your meal a very special one. Oh and the decor is so homey, perfect for a date night and they have a really good price point. Will not disappoint!
More than excellent food. Amazing flavor combinations of fresh produce, combined with great textures. Wonderful personal service, with greetings from the chef and his wife. Highly recommended
Exciting food experience! The mix of latin american food flavors with the delicate methods of french cuisine make this restaurant a true gem in Lyon. We had amazing time meeting the Chef Andres and enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal with wine followed by a Mojito (highly recommend)

Delicious dishes! Gastronomic and exotic. French cuisine with latino fusion, very different and tasteful! Service was also wonderful. The chef was a very nice host, and the place very nice and joyful. I recommend it 100%
Amazing combination between Venezuelan warmth and french cuisine. Felt like an adventurous dip into a mixture of cultures with a nice atmosphere to share with friends.
Chaque passage chez Canaima, c’est un régale garantie! Côté cuisine, les gouts sont la, les assiettes généreuses et pleins des saveurs, le chef Andres nous fait vraiment voyager! Coté cocktails et service, Veronica prépare des cocktails de dengue qui donne envie d’en boire 10 derrière! Et tout ca est fait dans la bonne ambiance et le sourire! Allez les yeux fermés!
