We have booked bikes for 2 days, among which a cargo bike for our child and dog. We’ve parked the bikes the first evening in their parking, the guy told us that we could pick them up the day after without any problems... And when we come the following day to pick the bikes up, we realized they rented the cargo bike (whereas we still had the keys). The lady there was not very sorry and not really helpful neither... Thank you for having ruined our day!

Man kann sich nicht beschweren, hat halt alles was eine Radstation braucht und die Reparatur ist gar nicht so schlecht für den super Preis. Ich habe mein Fahrrad dort mal geparkt und es steht dort halt ganz gut und es ist besser, als wenn man sein Rad vor dem Bahnhof abstellt und es dann nach 10 Minuten geklaut wird ;D
