I take the pole essentials class with Sara and I love it! I was fairly hesitant to start because I'm over weight and pretty uncoordinated but I had nothing to worry about! Sara is awesome! She's very welcoming and encouraging. I see my strength building each week. It's a very fun class and I definitely leave knowing I got a good workout!

I’m new to excersize in general, my trainer was Dee and she was so nice and encouraging. She also paid close attention to everyone and corrected their form so we would do it the right way. The stretches probably really helped, I wasn’t as sore as expected. She was patient and went an extra 20 minutes. Thank you so much!
