If you are visiting Madrid and want to take a break from Spanish food, La Aguacatala is a great option. The place is a hidden gem. Their food is superb and the staff is super friendly. The 9 menu is more than enough for a hungry person. I'm honestly going to remember this delicious meal for a long time.

Excellent. The most complete flavors and plates we had in Spain. We had been to Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla prior to stopping in Madrid and eaten some very good food. La Aguacatala tops them all. We had the: beef soup and lentil soup followed by Stewed beef and ground beef both of which came with generous plates of beet salad, rice and a perfectly fried egg.

Had a fabulous evening full of excitement and energy at this Authentic Colombian restaurant and bar that feels like you are a local in Colombia. I am South African and I have just recently come from Colombia & I wanted to find a bar to watch the game with Colombians in Madrid! We watched the soccer game so spirits were high the entire night & I am so happy we found this bar! Fresh juices and smoothies with fruits typical to Colombia! The Empanadas were the best I have ever tasted! Loved the evening there! You will feel like a local in this cozy bar with friendly staff. We had a great time ! Thank you Aguacatala!!
